By downloading the voicebanks provided by Tiramisu Romance / Studio Triela, the user is assumed to have agreed to the following Terms of Use. Please read the following thoroughly before downloading or using these voicebanks.

• The user is permitted to use the voicebanks and their character image and designs for non-commercial purposes (cover songs and original works.) The user may modify the configuration file (oto.ini/oto_ini.txt) as they see fit to improve the quality. 

• The user may NOT use the voicebank for commercial purposes without the express permission of the creator and the voice provider. Additionally, the user is forbidden from using the character's likeness (image or design) for commercial purposes with out the creator's consent.

• The voicebank may NOT be used in any sort of illegal manner, nor may it be used for hate speech, or to defame or threaten others, and may not be used in any way that violates the UTAU / UTAU-Synth Terms of Use agreement.

• Finally, the user is forbidden from modifying the audio files in the sound library in any way, or distributing the voicebank, in part or in whole, on websites other than Studio Triela's official site, Tiramisu Romance, or other approved locations. 

Studio Triela and Trelliah are not liable for any damages that may come from downloading or using these voicebanks.
